Mayor Mei called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. There was no public comment received, as there was no one in the audience in Council Chambers. The City Attorney read the title of the scheduled item for Closed Session. Council convened to the Fremont Room to receive information from the City Attorney.
